Nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. Cozy and charming unit located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge lifts. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar top dining for 4, flat screen TV and comfortable couch with memory foam pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom has a California King with memory foam mattress and flatscreen TV and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. This unit has WiFi internet access and overlooks the community Pool at the Summit. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (Summer only). Located on the green shuttle line, this unit is on the third floor of the Bradley building and provides elevator access. Pet friendly, this unit will allow one pet (dogs only, no cats due to severe allergy). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. The unit is located on the third floor, is all on one level and this building has elevator access. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
