Spacious 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.

This bright corner unit offers vaulted ceilings, large windows, and mountain views. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and an open living area with a wood-burning stove (wood not provided), flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, dining area with seating for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The loft is open to the living room below by a half wall and includes a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and a second full bathroom.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool and BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.
