WALK TO VILLAGE!!! UPDATED STUDIO+LOFT, 2 BATH, STUNNING VIEWS!!

Beautiful & spacious Studio + Loft, 2 Bathroom condo in Mammoth View Villas.
Sleeps 4-6. Located walking distance to the Village where you can take the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy the local shops & restaurants. If you don't want to walk, you can take the blue line shuttle out the front door to Canyon Lodge & the Village. Adjacent to the condo is a small forest area with great sledding!

Updated fall of 2020 with new vinyl flooring, doors, living room furniture & a fresh coat of paint throughout! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ your favorite meal on the propane BBQ. Snuggle up next to the fire and enjoy a movie or play a game of darts! There is a TV on each level along with a DVD/VCR player and a variety of movies to choose from. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the oversized deck. The condo has huge windows that let in ample sunlight and allow for amazing mountain and forest views from everywhere in the condo. Enjoy views of the Sierra instead of the neighbor next door! The complex has a rec room with sauna, ping pong table and outdoor spa. Tons of open area around the unit for the kids to sled and play in the snow! In the summer you are a short walk or bike to the new Lake Mary path that will take you to the Lakes Basin.

The loft has a queen bed and 2 twins. The living room has a queen sleep sofa. There are full bathrooms on both levels and a washer/dryer downstairs. Fast Wifi available as well.

This condo is a great location for easy walking access to the Village at Mammoth. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and kitchen was well equipped. The condo overlooks Lake Mary Road, but the view is primarily trees and there is great light. Note that there are stairs up to the unit and steep stairs inside the unit to the second floor, so might not be the best choice for people with accessibility issues. Overall, we would recommend it!

Quick Mammoth Stay

My son and I spent two nights at the condo. It was very clean and complete as described. We did not use the kitchen but it was well equipped. The property was a short walk to the village which was very convenient. Erin the host was easy to contact and very nice to speak to. Highly recommended.

This place is cute and its location is convenient as close to Mammoth Brewery and other nice restaurants and shops in town. The decoration is detail oriented and makes the place homey and cozy. The jacuzzi is great to use after a long day hiking or if relaxation is needed.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband & I brought my 19 year old nephew to Mammoth for the first time and he loved playing darts, hanging out in the living room & kitchen, and we all loved the location. It was an easy, short to The Village restaurants and Gondola to Canyon Lodge.

Can’t wait to stay here again!

Fantastic space for our little family! The amenities here made the visit so comfortable and easy. The neighborhood was quiet even during NYE and a 2 minute walk to the blue line (7min to the village) allowed us to park the car and not have to drive much. We had a nice little snow storm on our last night and having a shovel, brooms, firewood etc. available for our use were nice touches. Thank you!

Quick weekend

The host was kind, communicative and provided excellent direction. The condo was clean and a good amount of space for the two of us. The location was super convenient location to get to Canyon Lodge. My only concerns were not having a gear locker as the weather made it difficult to remove and wipe down everything outside. Also the stairs to get to the lofted sleep area are carpeted and quite steep.

Wonderful time with our Teens. Walk to the Village. Convenient Blue Bus Stop to the Slopes. Lean and well-equipped apartment. We would recommend it to our friends.

Great condo for small group

Location was great—an easy few minutes walk to the village. Condo was well equipped for a few days stay. Owner was super-responsive. Hottub was enjoyable after days of riding.

Clean and quiet

Our family enjoyed this rental. Ot was clean and had all the necessities we required. The kids lobed yhe couch thag turns into a bed. They relaxed on there after a long day fishing. Having a laundry room was also helpful to get all our clothes clean amd ready to put away once we got home. Thank you to Erin and her family for letting us spend this time in their home.

Excellent Host and Lovely Location

Erin was very responsive and the location was well prepared. It was a bit smaller than we had expected and the deck was packed up and not really usable. With no air, it was pretty hot considering the daily temps in the 90s. This was unusual but it made for very difficult sleeping. At least we had multiple fans - but it was rough. The condo was close to "downtown" which was nice, though we wish it had been closer to the lake - which was 20 degrees cooler. We would love to try this again but not in July! I bet it's lovely in fall and winter.

The Perfect Mammoth Getaway

The perfect Mammoth condo unit. Location was excellent. Situated in a community of other condos and walking distance to The Village near the ski lift. The condo was equipped with practically everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and general spices to enjoy some family meals. It was super clean and beautifully bear theme decorated with TLC. Could easily accommodated 4 adults with full bathrooms on each floor. Water pressure was great in the showers too. And the game closet was stocked with games and tons of DVDs. The owners were super attentive and nice. It felt like it was our home for 7 nights.

Cozy Condo

Such a nice, cozy little condo near the Village that was perfect for my Fiancé and I for the week. Having two separate bathrooms was great for getting ready in the mornings as well. No complaints!
