Ustedes confirmaron mi reserva, mi banco cargo el pago de la misma y cuando llegue al hotel me indicaron que no tenian habitaciones disponibles. Tuve que incurrir en gastos extras e innecesarios en taxi y contratar otro hotel. El hotel les culpa por el error. Aprovecho para solicitar la devolucion a mi tarjeta de credito del dinero pagado.
