My husband and I stayed here and chose a room with a beach view - it was absolutely stunning! The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and we really enjoyed the hotel overall. Having direct access to the beach was definitely one of our favorite parts of our stay.

Completely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend. Had issue and was addressed quickly and resolved. The views are amazing. We had the half board option and lots of choices for both breakfast and supper. Staff supper friendly.

The best part of this property is the beach is a short walk on the hotels private path. Most beaches on the island are hard to access because of long walks and the parking can be a true nightmare. But this hotel has direct access to a beautiful crystal clear blue water sandy beach which was a rarity during our trip. The beach does have a lot of families but that didn’t bother my husband and I on our trip. The staff was very nice and accommodating with recommendations. The one area the hotel could improve would be some updates to the rooms and facilities such as the gym. Things were old and a bit worn out. With that being said we didn’t spend much time in the room and we splurged on other parts of our trip. The highlight was the access to a beautiful beach and views of the water from our room.

ICON Valparaíso provided an absolute dream experience for our honeymoon in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the team set the tone for an incredible trip. Hospitality & Service Isabel gave us the warmest welcome, greeting us with a glass of cava after our late arrival. Realizing we hadn't eaten, she went above and beyond by calling several local restaurants to check availability. Walking into our room we found another bottle of cava alongside a sweet personalized note was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, Sebastian was another standout staff member, offering fantastic local recommendations that enhanced our itinerary. The entire service team was consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. Room & Amenities Our Standard Double Room with Sea View offered breathtaking coastal vistas, a theme that carried throughout the entire property you truly get a great view from virtually every corner of the hotel. Pool & Terrace: The pool and lounge area never felt overcrowded, offering a serene atmosphere to relax. Ordering refreshments was effortless using the QR codes on the sun lounger tables the poke bowls were fresh and delicious, and the sangria pitchers were exceptional. Cala Access: A short, easy walk leads right down to the local cala. The outdoor shower on the way back up to the hotel terrace was a super convenient detail for rinsing off. Dining: Breakfast each morning offered fantastic variety and quality alongside breathtaking views

I really enjoyed my stay at ICON Valparaíso in Mallorca. The staff were very helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the views from the hotel were incredible. One of the best hidden gems was the pathway that connects the hotel to a nearby beach — it was only about a 5-minute walk, which made it so easy and convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best parts of the stay and had a great selection. One thing I would note: if you have food allergies, I would be cautious with the lunch and dinner options. I did have an allergic reaction during my stay, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful when it happened. I would also recommend renting a car or planning transportation ahead of time, as taxis in the area can be limited and expensive. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with amazing views, kind staff, and a peaceful location. if you're looking for something relaxing, this is the spot.

Staff were great across the hotel so I can’t fault that. The outside areas were good and breakfast was also good with a good selection on offer. When we arrived we’d booked a sea view room and the room we had the view was blocked. The hotel moved us the next day into a room that smelt strongly of smoke throughout and we found cigarette ash on the floor in the bathroom. We were then moved but at this point we were on our 3rd room in less than 24 hours. The rooms generally need some attention. They are worn and tired, especially in the bathrooms. I read another review during our stay that said someone felt catfished and I felt similarly. Overall not the standard I was expecting at all and disappointing.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. AMAZING View. I absolutely love the Mediterranean Vibe to it. There was a slight accident with the shower where it started overflowing and water went outside but the staff handled it so nice they offered us a brand new Suite which was an amazing upgrade to our original room and brought us champagne so 10/10 costumer service. Absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Great little property: premium amenities, stylish. but not over lux; attentive staff, quiet, a great place to get away from the world -close enough to Portocolom for evening or day excursions, excellent breakfast; nice little pool, dramatic sea views, beaches walking distance nearby but fun to be able to know you are returning to your peaceful seclusion when you return to the property; could have done longer here diving into a good book for days, I would say yes to this place if seeking any of the above; grateful to have found it

Quiet little are for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are beautiful, although some of the little finishing touches to decor have been missed. We did have an odd smell in the suite shower one day, but the hotel staff promptly fixed it (there can be a back up when very rough ocean conditions apparently). The views are unmatched. Would definitely stay here again

The view was incredible, Mallorca overall is a very spread out island and having not one but two gorgeous beaches walkable distance from the hotel was top notch. Our rooms were cleaned everyday, all staff were kind and helpful at all times. The breakfast options had a good variety. We asked for our room to be changed initially and staff were kind enough to offer this and I still cannot get over the view from our room. We had to check out a little later due to an issue we had with our suitcase and we were not charged a late fee as the staff were really understanding. The area is a little quiet, however, you are close to all the nice beaches and other areas, so definitely recommend a car but other than that, everything was perfect.

Amazing location and more like a boutique hotel feeling...facilities not overrun as a result. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Gym was tired and needed a refresh. Pool area was great.
