It is very close to the Rafa Nadal Sport Center in which you can enjoy:
visit to the museum, spa center, spectacular gym, restaurant.
It has an ideal location for travel by car to the rest of the island.
It is 3 km from Manacor, where you can find a variety of supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona ...).
At 3 km, in Manacor, there is a train station that connects Manacor with Palma de Mallorca, bus station, local markets, shops, restaurants. There is also a greenway for cycling and long walks.

The closest beaches are Porto Cristo, Romantic Beach, Calas de Mallorca, Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila and the virgin beaches Cala Varques and Cala Virgili.

The house is located in the countryside, 3 km from Manacor and a short distance from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. It is an isolated house that has no neighbors nearby.

Rural house, very close to Manacor. It is recommended to have a vehicle as it is 3 km from Manacor.
