The room door didn’t close fully, letting mosquitoes in. The pool was freezing. Towel service was inconvenient—no towels by the pool, and I had to go with staff to swap them. Breakfast was good but overpriced for Nicaragua. Honestly, they need to step up their guest care. With improvements, it could be far better."
