One of worst experience.

Totally congested hotel. Not a good option for a family. No window in room. One may finde 100 time better hotel in this price. In breakfast no fresh juice. Breakfast is just like a 2 star hotel. Poorest architecture. In playing room, you can't breath. Just like a Jail. I want to avoid it in future.

Pros : Nice property situated ~3km away from mall road. Rooms are well designed with enough space and amenities. Staff is courteous and responsive. Cons: Faced lot of issues with hot water, initially they said gyeser is not working and water is supplied via boiler and that too didn;t work properly. Had to call on reception multiple times to sort it out and they provided hot water in buckets :) If you are ok calling multiple times then go for this property. They will try to resolve the issue but it wastes lot of time to call and disturbs overall stay. I would suggest to look for other alternatives instead, when I spoke about the issue they didn't transfer the call to manager and tried to just resolve by providing buckets of water.

very bad location for a tourist in Manali.

The pics posted on Expedia don't resemble the hotel, it is located on a busy road, far away from Manali town . It will take at least half hour to go to Manali on tuk tuk. The room was noisy construction going on during rest hours. It was so bad that I decided to checkout, loosing my pre payment and move to a much nicer place in town, for a third the cost of the hotel. Expedia please not list this place, is a shame you recommend it.
