Das Hotel, wie offensichtlich ganz Bahrain gerade, hatte sehr wenig Gäste und trotzdem waren alle Annehmlichkeiten immer verfügbar. Das Hotel liegt zentral und es ist alles auch mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Zur Haltestelle nur 2min Fußweg. Sehr höfliche und aufmerksame Menschen. Danke für das doppelte Upgrade und den very late checkout.

It was a great experience! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They offered us an upgrade room and on Valentine’s Day they have decorated the room with red Roses and cake. At the beginning we were not sure abut staying at the hotel but after our stay I think it would do it again.

The property itself was very good and I enjoyed the stay overall. However, I was disappointed with the professionalism of the staff during check-in. They asked for both my ID and my friend’s ID, which is understandable. But later, when my friend asked for his ID back, I realized it wasn’t with me. We spent nearly an hour searching for it, only to call the front desk and be told that they still had it. The frustrating part is that they didn’t return it to us during check-in and also didn’t inform us that they had kept it. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I hope the management works on improving the professionalism and communication of the staff, as it really affects the guest experience.
