"Bad staffs- lied about policy. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They initially claimed that their strict guest policy was clearly mentioned online, but later admitted that he lied.Being dishonest with guests is unacceptable. Had to move out of Raviz to another hotel in 3 hours because of staff’s bad behavior. As international travelers visiting Kerala, it is completely normal for us to have guests visit. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at allows visitors after proper ID verification. However, this property outright refused entry to any guests, stating they have a “different rule” because of an incident that allegedly happened last month. Policies may vary, but transparency and professionalism should not. One particular staff member was especially unprofessional in the way they handled the situation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, very disappointing service and poor customer handling."

"+ easy to find + nice view from the balcony towards the beach + drinking water for free + all upper and lower bunk beds have power sockets with no adapter needed + liquid soap in the bathrooms + communication with the receptionists possible via whatsapp + the bed did not squeak when moving in it + quite comfy mattress • wifi was slow sometimes • no kitchen, but you can ask the staff for plate and cutlery • the location is okay: at the beach, at a much-used street, street food and eateries around, a supermarket is 1.5 km away. - somewhat shaky bunk beds: you feel it somewhat when the person below or above you moves - there were a few mosquitoes in the dorm - the curtains of the dorm window are not really darkening and there are no curtains for the bunk beds - there are spots on the bed sheet and on the window curtains - not every bed has fitted bed sheets. the non-fitted bed sheets dissolve from the corners. - on some window curtains in the dorm it looked like mold/mold stains, which is bad for health."
