Checked in about 8:45 p.m. on a rainy cold night. Upo. Entering the checkin lobby, there was a man smoking a joint right outside the lobby. The man checking me in, lets just say, English was defintley a struggle for him, which made checking in a struggle. Upon parking outside our room and walking up the stairs there were 2 other men that appeared to be smoking pot as well as the air was think with the odor. Entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see it was adequately cleaned. However we could not get the remote to work the TV. Perhpas we were high from the pot. :) it was a cold rainy night and outside was pretty sketchy so I did chance a trip to the lobby to inquire about the remote. However it was a peaceful nights sleep.

If I could give zero stars to this property, I would. The area both outside and inside the hotel room was not clean at all. Immediately upon entering the room, a cockroach appeared on the pillows of the bed. Blankets had stains and cigarette burns. Even though it is labeled as 100% smoke-free, our room had a strong cigarette smell. Overall, yes, it is a low-cost hotel, but it was unsanitary to the point that we were not able to stay overnight.

We did not even check in because the place looked very run down. A few sketchy people had brought furniture outside and were sitting by their doors. The police were there dealing with an incident. Not safe for my family. Could we get a refund?

The linens and pillows had stains on them. There were gnats and mosquitos in the bathroom. The toilet seat had a crack in it. I grabbed a hand towel and a crack pipe fell out onto the floor. Cops were outside when we arrived. We gathered our things and asked for a refund. We did not feel safe.

Homeless people singing all hours of the night on the property- outside the doors to the rooms. Kept everyone up all night. I arrived at 8:30 pm and the lobby was closed down except for the old bank-teller type window, that was unmanned for the better part of an hour. As a solo traveler, I felt unsafe. As I was waiting for the lobby receptionist to appear, another motel guest came into the night lobby and saw me waiting. He said “ you should not be here alone, it’s unsafe”. I tried to explain that I was waiting for the attendant and stated I should wait elsewhere for safety. I would have left at that point, but I had prepaid for the room. After the attendant appears, I finally was able to get into my room. He said that he was helping another guest- but for 45 minutes? The bed covering had stains. The homeless serenading at all hours of the night should have been stopped. This is unacceptable! I hardly slept and left at 4:45am to escape the chaos. ZERO out of 10- would NOT recommend.

The room we stayed in was dirty. The floors, hairs on the sheets and pillow cases. Hairs on the toilet and in the bath. No hand soap and hair on towels. We asked to switch rooms, and they just had room service switch the sheets. The cleaning employee told me she had already cleaned the room this morning, but I showed her hair on the bed. She didn’t say anything else. I am not one to complain or cause unnecessary drama but this was just not pleasant.
