I love this place!

I did the 4 day bus from Sao Paulo to Manaus and there was no question that this where I wanted to stay. I've stayed here before and love it. Great staff, great location, great price, elevators, great water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love staying here.

Hotel is ok but needs some TLC

The price is right and includes breakfast More on that later. The staff ranged from super helpful and making the effort to some acting like they are being inconvenienced that you walked up to their desk. The standard queen room was small and sterile. But the AC worked like a xhamp

The location is fine, the hotel is rundown, staff are ok. We had issues with the room we ve been placed, but thanks to Israel it could be sorted. He was the one making sure we had a good time and had our needs attended.

Pool was non-operative. The workout room only TWO pieces of equipment that actually worked. Just 20 kilo of hand weights. GREAT breakfast. Overall good for the money, BUT need to fix amenties.

Hotel door won’t open with the key card

We booked two rooms.After dinner, we returned to our room, but the key didn't work. We called the front desk, and someone came to fix the issue. However, despite their best efforts, the door wouldn't opened. We waited in the hallway for an hour and 45 minutes. We got soaked and wet in the hallway due to the high temperature. We were concerned about our flight because the flight schedule had changed and we couldn't check in online. We needed to leave the hotel by 11:00 pm at the latest. We didn't have time to shower, packed our belongings, and rushed to the airport. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The worst experiences that we ever had.

Muito boa hospedagem

Hotel antigo mas ainda é aceitável a hospedagem, algumas áreas do hotel merecem uma manutenção corretiva, academia, hall de acesso à piscina, elevadores. Os quartos muito bons, pena não ter produtos no frigobar. Mas vale o custo-benefício. Recomendo.

O hotel é bem localizado. As acomodações do hotel são espaçosas. As camas são boas e confortáveis. As toalhas sempre limpas e cheirosas. Porém a limpeza dos quartos não é bem feita. Fiquei uma semana e a impressão que tive é que o quarto não havia sido se quer varrido. O café da café é ruim e com poucas opções para quem não come pão. Ao longo dos dias em que passei foi servido banana cozinha para além do ponto e aipim duro. Esperava mais.

Café da Manhã muito bom e completo, do tipo colonial. Opções de frutas, sucos, bolos, ovos mechidos e salsicha. Queda de água no quarto muito excelente, funcionando muito bem para água quente e fria. Cama um pouco mole, mas sempre limpa! Atendimento ótimo, equipe de limpeza muito simpática. Passamos uma semana no hotel, em três pessoas. Melhor custo e benefício

É uma cidade quente e o Ar condicionado do quarto não funciona, o quarto está sempre quente eles não tem quem faz manutenção, então ficamos com o ar estragado nesse calor, O café da manhã em comida é razoável tem o básico, a limpeza falta muito, a mesa sempre suja de pratos os fundos são poucos e não conseguem organizar! Terrível, não vale a pena.

A porta da entrada do hotel travou, 1 da manhã e eu na rua sozinha poque a porta não abria, toquei 3 vezes o interfone. A porta do elevador estava ruim e não saía do andar, ao chegar no meu quarto o cartão não passou, precisei descer tudo novamente. Quando consegui entrar no quarto tinham 2 baratas e no dia seguinte o cartão não passou novamente. Eu fiquei menos de 1 dia e tive todos esses problemas. O frigobar era muito barulhento, precisei desligar para conseguir dormir, lençol cheio de manchas e o wifi tinha o sinal muito fraco e desconectava sozinho.

Estadia boa, mas pode melhorar.

No geral o hotel é bom mas a estrutura do prédio não está boa, Os elevadores travando mesmo com manutenção. A academia não condiz com a foto, os aparelhos todos velhos e quebrados sem condições de uso, e as camas muito velhas. Interne fraca no 7° andar. O salão do hotel é muito bonito e limpo, e a piscina também, com a cascata que é um charme a parte.

Lugar horrível!

Eu não consegui dormir a noite inteira por causa do cheiro de mofo e cama em péssimas condições. O colchão era muito mole e totalmente deformado pelo tempo (velho e amarelado). O café da manhã sem nenhuma variedade e pão velho. Pior estadia que já tive na vida!
