Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war eintönig und von schlechter Qualität – fast jeden Tag wurde dasselbe serviert. Nach 23 Uhr gab es praktisch keine Auswahl mehr, und selbst Getränke musste man an der Bar holen. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, aber extrem hellhörig. Morgens wurden wir mehrmals durch den Lärm anderer Gäste und spielender Kinder geweckt. Außerdem wurde bei der Zimmerreinigung ständig etwas vergessen: Decken, Wasser oder die Auffüllung der Minibar, obwohl diese im All-inclusive-Angebot enthalten sein sollte. Auch das À-la-carte-Restaurant hat keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Bereits servierte Speisen standen lange unbeaufsichtigt auf ungenutzten Tischen, was wenig Vertrauen in die Frische der Lebensmittel geweckt hat. Besonders negativ war, dass Mitarbeiter uns zweimal aufgefordert haben, die Bewertung in ihrer Anwesenheit zu schreiben, offensichtlich um schlechte Bewertungen zu verhindern. Das empfand ich als äußerst unprofessionell. Der einzige echte Pluspunkt war der wunderschöne Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels.

Ett fantastiskt familjehotell med allt du kan önska. Hüseyin som jobbade vid poolbaren var den absolut bästa på hela hotellet. Han gjorde fantastiska drinkar till oss och var så gullig mot alla. Vi kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka till detta underbara hotell. Rent och snyggt och fantastisk bra mat, alla måltider.

Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr Familienfreundlich,ein großer Pool und sehr sauber alles,kleiner minus Punkt das Personal war leider nicht auf Zack wir mussten manchmal sehr lange auf Getänke warten oder wurden nicht bedient.Essen war im großen und Ganzen ganz okay meist immer das selbe.Im großen und im ganzen ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte in dem Hotel, da es plötzlich schließen musste und wir ins Schwesterhotel Adalya Resort und Spa umziehen mussten. Es war schon ziemlich leer. Aber Personal war sehr freundlich und es wurde auch fast alles aus dem All-inkl. Programm angeboten.

Güzel bir tatil için

Otelin konumu, temizliği ve yemekleri muhteşemdi. Senelerdir inatla antalya da tatil yapmak isyemeyenlerden biriyim. Bu fikrimi değiştirmiş bir tatil yapmama vesile oldu. Otelle ilgili olumsuz olarak ifade edebileceğim tek şey klimanın yeterince soğutmuyor olmasıydı. Odada uyumak dışında vakit geçirmediğimden kendi adıma sorun teşkil etmedi. Otelin çalışanları da gayet disiplinli, işlerinde iyi çalışanlardı.

Konaklamadan ve otelden çok memnun kaldım. Fakat Otoparkı yetersiz aracımı ilk 2 gün sokağa bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Sabah sporu dışında animasyon ve etkinlikler zayıf. gece program bilgilendirmesi yok. Akşam mini club olduğunu şans eseri öğrendik. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve işlerinde iyiler. Oda çok konforlu ve güzeldi.
