Lovely first experience at an all-inclusive

Stayed here for 3 nights in September, it was our first visit to an all inclusive so we didn't really know what to expect. Almost everything was excellent, loved the variety of restaurants/bars. Pool area wasn't too busy, we were always able to find sunbeds. Same with the private beach which adjoins the hotel. We also got upgraded to a suite which we loved. The only minor complaints I would have is firstly, the car park security guard who greeted us when we first arrived was quite unfriendly/angry. He couldn't seem to understand why we didn't have wristbands yet and it took a few attempts to convince him to let us in as he didn't understand the word 'check-in'. The only other small complaint is the room preparation - the shower gel was empty, and the water didn't get restocked.

Absolute bliss 🌳🌴🌲🍃 serenity with luxury at its best. We booked our 4 days short break with Paloma perissia & we have enjoyed and still enjoying our stay here. ❤️👌 Hotel is perfect all-rounder. Top level service by all the staff members - from Reception to the kitchen & cleaning. They are welcoming and always happy to help. 🌟 Food - even a week won't be enough for everything they offfer. Delicious 😋 meals all the time. A-la carte restaurants are pure gems. 🌟❤️ Main buffet restaurant also offers plenty of selection from all around the world cuisine. Pools and hotel premises are upto date and lively. Lifeguard on duty are taking there jobs seriously 👍 All different bars has their own vibe ❤️🌟 Location of the hotel is perfect in Side area. Walking distance to ancient town of side and other attractions. Private beach and beach bar 🍻 hotel grounds are so lush green 💚 with very well maintained grass & trees. Entertainment team are amazing. Everyday different games , lige performance, live music & dj with full blast energy. 🎯🎲🥁🎤 Will definitely come back to paloma Perissia.

This is absolutely the easiest review I could ever write. When we first arrived I was initially put off by our room (we reserved a suite) and how busy the main restaurant was (quite overwhelming when you’re tired and hungry). However when I expressed our disappointment with the room, we were moved the next day and once we settled in and were well rested, we really saw how fantastic this hotel was. The staff are what makes Paloma Perissia special; it was spotless and they worked very hard with a smile and friendliness that was genuine. I have a gluten intolerance and as soon as I made them aware, I was introduced to the head chef or restaurant manager every day and they helped me navigate the huge buffet (with endless choices) at the restaurant as well as making me special gluten free dishes, without even asking! I was blown away! The staff at every bar were also very welcoming and often made us cocktails off of the menu. We would definitely return to Paloma Perissia, and would recommend it to anybody that asks! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Super godt

Fantastisk personale, mad, underholdning og service. Jeg var tit alene med min 1 årige datter på hotellet, og personalet var så søde og hjælpsomme til at hjælpe mig med drikkevare, bære ting og finde højstol. Restaurantpersonalet var hurtige, maden var super fin, god hygiejne og kæmpe udvalg af frisk mad. Ingen støj på værelserne, sengene var gode og værelserne var rene. Der var altid plads ved poolen, selv de dage hvor vi først var der kl 10.00. Eneste minus ved hotellet er sælgerne ved poolen, samt at deres bestilling til poolen via App ikke virker (fjern skiltene?) og der kun er 1 tjener ved poolen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste år :) Hilsen Ayda & familie :)

Das Gebäude ist schon älter, wurde aber renoviert . Dennoch sieht man an manchen Stellen das Alter. Gestört hat mich, wie dunkel es innerhalb des Gebäudes ist. Es kommt wenig Licht rein (womöglich im Sommer gut, um nicht aufzuheizen?!) beim Buffet hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und stets freundlich. Es wird Stundung geputzt, sodass es immer und überall sauber ist. Auch beim Programm, das abends geboten wird, ist für jede Altersgruppe etwas dabei. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, aufgrund des Alters jedoch nicht für jemanden geeignet der auf das Neueste steht. Die Strandlage ist übrigens perfekt !

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Die liegen am Pool sind absolut zu wenig. Manche liegen werden schon um 5:00Uhr reserviert und sind manchmal bis späten Vormittag unbenutzt. Das sollte unterbunden werden. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Sauberkeit, Höflichkeit, Verpflegung und Getränke sind ebenfalls 5 Sterne Niveau. Immer wieder gerne und wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Toller Strandurlaub

Wir haben einen super Strandurlaub in Paloma Perissia gehabtt. Das Wetter war herrlich, um die 30° (Anfang Oktober). Das Hotel ist lässig eingeteilt, überall schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, tolle Pools. Die Zimmer eher etwas klein, aber zweckmässig. Service war im allgemeinen sehr gut. Das Essen am Buffet könnte besser sein, leider war das Essen oft nicht richtig warm, hätte auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Das Essen in die à la Carte restaurants jedoch sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert sind die Cabana's am Strand. Zwar muss man die gegen einen Aufpreis mieten, aber sie sind herrlich und mit super Service! Strand ist schön, bis Side ca. 1 Std. (über Strand oder Boulevard) zum laufen, oder 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi (8 Euro).

The layout of property was excellent with easy access to beach and pools and sea view from all communal areas. Staff were friendly and polite and approachable. The entertainment team were very friendly but not pushy which is perfect. The mini club was also very good and my daughter loved going every day especially the mini disco. The ladies in the mini club doing a great job. Special thanks to Katrina in the mini club and Mario in the animation team. Although my overall experience was good, and I would consider staying again, I think management should consider providing a heated Swimming pool. Better shower facilities in sauna area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also a little small for a five star hotel and not very luxurious like other hotels I have stayed in Antalya.

The newly refurbished theme throughout the hotel, is greateverything looked so stylish. It is right on the beach, not too far from Side town. The restaurant staff are very friendly. Our chambermaid was excellent and are room was spotless. It’s a very comfortable hotel. Only complaint would be that the reception staff could be more friendly and welcomimg.

Fantastic hotel ! Zeer vriendelijk personeel zowel bij receptie, restaurants, bars, animatie, ... en genoegen om hier te mogen verblijven. Heerlijk eten bij het strand, restaurant en à la carte. Heerlijke cocktails. Prachtige kamers met een super uitzicht op zee en side Fantastische zwembaden en ligbedden. Super ligging op 20 min wandelen van side. Echt Fantastisch !!!

Very nice stay in May

Great experience, nice hotel, endless choice of delicious food, extremely friendly and polite staff everywhere (never experienced that anywhere before). The May was a perfect choice, not so many people, 32 to 35 degrees every day, sea was warm enough and clean, walking distance to Side along the beach was perfect, easy bikes rental directly in the hotel, sauna, hamam - perfect combination of relax and sporty holiday. Can only recommend!

Bir daha ASLA!!!

Otelinizle ilgili negatif değerlendirmem sizden önce beni ve Ailemi üzdüğünü belirtmek isterim. Adımıza yapılan hiçbir rezervasyon kaydının olmamasını atlattık derken odamıza geçmek üzere attığımız ilk adımda çok kötü ter kokusuyla karşılaşmamız 2 günlük konaklamamızın nasıl geçeceğinin işaretiydi. Resepsiyona bildirdikten sonra çalışan arkadaşlarınız yastık kılıfını değiştirmek üzere odamıza geldi fakat sorun kılıf yada nevresim değildi, çünkü herşey ter kokuyordu. Yastık,yorgan, yatak, koltuk battaniye yani aklınıza ne gelirse herşey çok kötü ter koukuyordu, değişmesi gereken sadece kılıf değil odanın tüm eşyaları değişmeli bence. Eğer odaya giripte kontrol etmek isterseniz mutlaka sizde göreceksiniz.Sadece bizim odamı? Hayır diğer odamızda aynı idi.İki geceyi yastıklara havlu sararak yattığımızı belirmek isterim. Odalarda Bornoz ve terlik yoktu.Heryerde Kediler ,kediler, kediler bir Hayvan sever olarak yinede mutfakta kedilerin olması hoş değil.Koltuğa ilk oturup kalktıktan sonra bir daha minderli koltuğa oturmadık çünkü heryerimiz kedi kılı olmuştu.Yemek ler çok vasattı hele kahvaltıda gördüğüm KURU FASULYE tam bir şoktu, sanırım olmayan çeşit çoğalsın diye yapılmıştı. daha fazla yorum yapmayada zaten gerek yok diye düşünüyor ve çok üzüldüğümüzü belirtmek istiyorum. Tekrar Sentido Perissia ?? ASLA !!!!!!

Das Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig.

Allgemein nette Anlage, jedoch aufgrund des Alters gibt es bessere Hotels. Essen ist gut. Strand, Pools und Aussenanlage nett! Würde aber nicht noch einmal hinfahren.

Amazing hotel!

We have just come back from a week stay at sentido. What a fab hotel with some amazing staff who will do anything for you! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left they were there to assist with whatever you needed. The assistant manager was so helpful! The food was so nice. Coudnt have asked for a better holiday! Sentido Perrisia should be proud of themselves what a great holiday that was! Definately going back next year! Seher and Jamie Liverpool
