Welcome!

This 86m² house features a stylish and inviting living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating an extra guest. A cosy seating area with a plush armchair and a large bay window allows plenty of natural light to brighten the room. The smart TV lets you watch all your favorite shows in comfort.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second a double bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Withington is well-connected to Manchester city centre, which is approximately 4 miles away. By car or taxi, it takes around 15 minutes, while public transport, including frequent buses along Wilmslow Road, takes about 20–25 minutes.

Nearby attractions include Fletcher Moss Park & Botanical Gardens, a scenic green space perfect for walks, just a 10-minute drive away. The popular Didsbury Village, known for its boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants, is a short 5-minute drive. For culture and history, the Whitworth Art Gallery is accessible in about 15 minutes, offering contemporary and historic art exhibitions. The iconic Old Trafford Stadium, home to Manchester United, is around a 20-minute drive. Additionally, Withington is close to Burton Road in West Didsbury, a trendy area with independent bars and eateries, just 5 minutes away.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Withington Library (Stop E), is just a 9-minute walk.

Manchester Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great location

It is lovely house but had a few minor issues that need sorting out then would be great with location to shops etc. Had little difficulty accessing lock box but was helped sort it by guest ready. Couch was stained, and front bedroom bed uncomfortable and slopes to the sides but luckily was only us staying so we slept in back room. Did contact Guest ready about state coffee machine was in and they did offer to get blanket for couch and coffee pods (unfortunately wrong ones came) and I also let them know about bathroom door handle broken and can't shut living room door properly. Just need a little attention to detail to make it excellent. .
