With breathtaking coastal views, a private beach, and glass walls that frame the sea, this beautifully updated retreat is ideal for a romantic weekend, a peaceful break from city life, a yoga getaway, or a special celebration.

Our guests love to soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy our renovated bathrooms, a fresh deck, new hardwood floors and pet-friendly stays (fee applies). Come unwind where the ocean meets the sky.

The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

We welcome pets, but they must be added at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

If you don't mention a pet during the booking and the housekeeper finds traces of fur, Pee or Poop, you will be charged additional fee for cleanup.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed several days at Morgan House. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had amazing views! We saw whale spouts almost every day, rainbows, and sunsets from the window seats and hot tub. We visited Irish Beach via the pass but it was pretty rough. We ended up further south at Manchester Beach and later in our stay hiked in the Point Arena Stonetta unit south of the lighthouse.

It was wonderful! The only recommendation is to update the blinds as they don’t close all the way, just window coverings in general in the bedroom. It was clean and very peaceful.

Amazing View!

I have stayed at Morgan House before and really enjoyed it, so decided to book again. Really like the peacefulness of Irish Beach and the house provides everything one might need to have an enjoyable and memorable vacation. Hot tub worked perfectly and all appliances were in good working order. Would love to return!

Irish Beach gem

A family member suggested we go to Irish Beach for vacation so glad we did. The view of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed ourselves so much that hopefully we can go back!

Thirty-five years later

We stayed at Morgan House thirty-five years ago when everything was shiny and new. This house is still comfortable and has views to die for. Next time, I will remember to bring bath soap.

Christmas in Manchester, CA with family!

The location was amazing and the accommodations were acceptable. The property is a bit tired and in need of some work but nevertheless our family loved renting this home and making some special memories.

Spectacular location

Spectacular location, and despite the remoteness of the property, a full service grocery store only 10 mins away in Manchester. This location in Irish Beach, is convenient to go exploring the towns and sites up and down the CA coast.
