"Well located. Spacious, clean rooms"

"When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room. Not good ! Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked. Best thing if the stay was the shower, it was outstanding. Don’t think I would stay there again 🤔"

"From walking through the doors we were made to feel welcome, the room was on the 4th floor and was a twin as requested. The room was very clean and beds comfy, I loved the rainfall shower didn't want to get out. Can highly recommend a stay here as perfect for the tram and very close to Piccadilly gardens."

"Amazing check in, the room was exquisite. We stayed in a signature suite. Spotlessly clean. Missed breakfast even though we'd paid so can't comment on the food."

"Clean hotel and perfect for location whether it be for town or Etihad campus Didn't try but plenty of options on the menu and nice bar area Only downside was bed wasn't the best - and a weirdly positioned coat rail that by the looks of it had been knocked off the wall in the last. No surprise as it was poorly placed on the route from bed to bathroom. If no lights on and half asleep will only end in disaster"

"Breakfast was slightly disappointing as it wasn't a complete full English breakfast. Vegetarian sausage were like cardboard and muffins were stale. Many of the stuff looked very clumsy and their uniform looked like they had slept in their work clothes. I was there for 3 nights. I mentioned that the aircon wasn't working, they said that the maintenance will be coming around next day but it never happened for all 3 days. I guess that's how they avoid hotel guests using the aircon. But for the amount I paid, I would have appreciated to be able to use the full amenities."
