Enjoy the luxury of a large seasonal swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 50-140 cm) available from May 10th to October 15th, as well as an outdoor shower and a children's playground. Parking for up to two cars is provided on site, with a 100 m long motor access road, albeit unmade. Additionally, you can take advantage of the internet wifi during your vacation rental stay.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious and cozy 7-room villa that can accommodate up to 7 adults and 2 children. The rustic furnishings and natural stone floors add to the charm and character of the property. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and TV, with direct access to the terrace. There is also a second living room with a sofa bed and another open-hearth fireplace, as well as a small living room with its own terrace. The small, open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, as well as a small studio with 1 single bed. The villa has 3 showers/bidet/WC, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning. Gas heating keeps the property warm and cozy during the cooler months.

Amenities Included
The villa provides a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with both covered and uncovered areas, as well as a patio. Relax on the terrace furniture or take advantage of the barbecue and deck chairs. The property also offers a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, and free WiFi. Entspannter Toskanaaufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Außenanlage, der Pool, die Ruhe und der schöne Blick waren wunderbar. Die Betreuung durch die Betreuung durch die sympathischen Besitzer war perfekt. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles.
