Mancora Beach (Playa del Amor) - 3 minutes in moto taxi, 9-minute walk
Downtown - 10 minutes in moto taxi

This is Not a Party Hotel

Starlink Satellite WiFi, great for traveling workers

The fourth floor has a large hall area with a 180 degree view of Mancora District

NO elevator in building

Security measures: 24-hour security cameras in common areas & exterior border; 8-foot-high walls with electrical shock wiring at the top

Common areas: outdoor pools and patio; fourth floor dance floor & bar (Disclaimer- dance floor may be off limits if reserved)

Laundry room is by request.
Open area to air dry clothes on roof.

One vehicle per apartment in parking garage; additional vehicles can park for a fee of 20 soles ($6) for each day

No Pets. Sorry :(

Additional guests are permitted with a fee of 20 soles per person per night

Additional inflatable beds can be added (if available) for a fee of 95 soles for the whole stay

Local markets walking distance: food, fruit, drinks, alcohol, detergent, etc

Our location is ideal because it is less noisy and less congested.

We are located in the quieter part of Mancora.

Short Staycation

Really this has become my favorite spot in Mancora. As an escape close to the Playa de Amor away from the town centre, this is a quiet location with easy access to the local Park with a number of restaurants. However if you just want to stay close to the pool and relax that is a perfect option too. Great to be able to prepare my own meals and drinks in the well equipped kitchen. Just to mention that Walter was great as a coordinator, very helpful but also not intrusive about my comings and goings.
