Preis-Leistung positiv überrascht

Sehr zufrieden mit allem rings herum. Einige Restaurants in 5-10 Minuten Spaziergang. Beach: 5 Min. mit Auto. Tiefgarage voraus buchen ist besser, damit bei Ankunft Remote-Key vorhanden ist. Küche, Zimmer, Balkon alles tip-top in Ordnung. Supermärkte: ca. 5 Min. mit Auto entfernt.

Ansich eine schöne Anlage, leider wird schön längerem nichts mehr darin investiert und es wird überal an Kosten gespart, daher fällt die gesamt Bewertung sehr negativ!

Non essendoci reception, ci è stato fornito un codice di accesso. All'arrivo il portone d'ingresso al residence era spalancato e rotto, dopo qualche giorno lo hanno sistemato, ma senza serratura, quindi semplicemente apribile a spinta. Il residence è suddiviso in 2 zone, una moderna e l'altra, dove eravamo noi, in tipico stile provenzale, molto carina ma abbandonata a se stessa. L'ingresso ai pianoterra sommerso dagli oleandri che sono stati lasciati crescere selvaggiamente. In quindici giorni il giardino è stato curato solo col taglio dell'erba, ma mai dedicandosi alla potatura delle siepi. La sera le luci dei vialetti, peraltro scarse e in alcuni punti di passaggio addirittura assenti, venivano accese, a settembre, alle ore 21.00, quando era già buio quasi da mezz'ora. L'area piscina trascurata, la doccia rotta e col piatto sporco e pieno di foglie, gli ombrelloni rotti. Un vero peccato! Una bella struttura lasciata andare al degrado, se non ci fosse il lato con la palazzina moderna, si direbbe abbandonata! Sicuramente non può più essere catalogato con 4 stelle!!!

Nous fumes tres agréablement surpris par ce bel hôtel. Tres agréable et propre. Nous avons été enchantés. Le seul défaut, pour d'autres qui avaient réservé, ils n'ont pas été contactés à temps, pour les codes d'accès. Ils ont eu la chance de nous voir arriver - heureusement, nous venions de recevoir un appel avec les codes d'accès - que nous avons pu leur donner. Sinon, tout fut parfait. Hôtel très calme avec environnement respectueux de l'intimité de chacun. Merci. Isabelle. Parfait.

Le Rivage Cannes 27/28 May 2017

Nice roomy apartments, great for a few days stay as cooking facilities good and plenty of space for 3-4 people in each apartment. I was only there for one night so there was no time to enjoy it to the full extent.

Le cadre est charmant, le manque de réception physique n'est pas un problème grâce à un accueil téléphonique chaleureux. L'entretien général n'est pas correct: un barbecue rouillé à l'abandon au bord de la piscine, les sols et les sanitaires sales dans la chambre. Un beau potentiel et une résidence charmante sur 1 étage recouvert de lierre, mais un laisser aller d'image dans l'entretien, peut-être dû à l'absence de personnel pour le suivi...

Le canapé lit du séjour était plein de sable et de miettes on dirait qu'il n'a jamais été nettoyé. C'est scandaleux et inacceptable. On apprécie quand même les 2 WC, 2 salles de bains et la situation en rez de chaussée avec accès direct sur un jardin bien entretenu. Très déçus par l'état du canapé-lit, pour un tel établissement qui se prétend 4 étoiles c'est honteux...

Endroit très calme Personnelle inexistant Les femmes de ménage ne sont passer qu'une fois en 1 semaine , sur le site il y a marquer ménage quotient faux , parking gratuit faux ( 10e la nuit ) Aucun personnelle est sur les lieux , ils sont joignable uniquement sur téléphone jusqu'à 17h Petit déjeuner payant( 11e par personne) sur le site c'est préciser c'est inclus dans le prix . La résidence et très jolie mais très mal entretenue dommage

cet hôtel n'a pas de réception on doit récupérer les clés dans un coffres fort lorsque l'on est arrivé une enveloppe a notre nom était présente sans les clés de la chambre alors qu'il pleuvait nous avons du changer d’hôtel en dernière minute car leur accueil téléphonique ferme a 17h et nous sommes arrivé a 17h45 c'est lamentable pour un établissement 4 étoiles d'avoir des problemes de la sortes!!!!! surtout au prix payé pour la nuit. a fuir

Observera att detta hotell/residens helt saknar personal, förutom en städerska som kommer viss tid!!! Receptionen är nedsläckt och det är svårt att få kontakt med personal via telefon. Rumsnyckel får hämtas ut med en kod från en safetybox. Wi-Fi fungerade inte alls, luftkonditioneringen brummade högt. Många katter strök omkring. Kan inte rekommendera detta ställe. Det enda positiva var att trädgården var grön och pittoresk.

Mooi hotel, slechte service

Voor een nacht geboekt. Maar bij aankomst (16.00 uur) was er niemand aanwezig om onze kamer te wijzen. Via een vriendelijke onderhoudsman(!) de reservering opgezocht en sleutels gekregen. Kamer was bezet. Na heel veel tijd uiteindelijk een andere (heel erg mooie!) kamer gekregen, maar maakte het verblijf vanwege de incheck frustratie niet goed.

Résidence fantôme!

Pas de personnel! Nous avons envoyé un email dés notre arrivé pour poser une question: Savoir si les 2 enveloppes dans le coffre avec les clés de 2 chambres étaient pour nous? (il n'y avait pas de nom dessus) nous attendons encore la réponse! Heureusement qu'il y a un établissement juste à coté (Hôtel/restaurant du Golf) nous y mangeons très bien et le personnel très sympa.La prochaine fois nous y séjournerons.

Terrific place to stay while visiting the Riviera

Will definitely stay again at Le Rivage-Mandeliue, and would recommend this facility for travelers. The room is really an apartment with separate living and dining, and kitchen areas; location is just minutes from the coastal highway, so it's easy to get to and from. Pricing is competitive and affordable and staff are top shelf.
