"Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected."

"Beach view from villa was obstructed. In general, the property was clean but looked dated,. The main pool area, in particular was kitschy and not commensurate with the star rating and per day charge (average of $700 per night). I had to ask for newspapers everyday and staff didn't ask if I wanted one delivered every morning . At dinner at one of the restaurants, cheese was added to our vegan pasta and another day, I had to remind the waiter 3 times to get me a beer. This last item is not something that can be controlled but there were too many families with unruly kids so if you are hoping for a quiet time, perhaps this is not the best option. "

All the staff from receptionists, cleaners, servers,cooks, bar people were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. "Very courteous staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only drawback was the electricity kept going off till the generator kicked in. A very comfortable stay with the family with 2 rooms. Will be back"

"Booked for 4 people 2 kids 2 adults. When got ro room at 11 pm had to argue to get beds for childeen. They expected all 4 of us to share one bed. This was then again repeated on a second booking"
