The hotel is in the center of old town. It is a no frills location. Two rooms per floor. Very clean! It is very quiet inside the room!

Our experience at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel was great! The location in the Old Quarter was very convenient with everything in walking distance. The hotel is updated and my room was pleasant even though it was small. Breakfast had options including fresh hot items like pho. The best part of the hotel is the staff! They were fabulous and friendly and so helpful. They helped us organize many activities and provided 5 star service!

The hotel was ok but disappointing comparing it with the other reviews. A minimal Breakfast was served in another building as there was no restaurant at the hotel. The room we had initially was small with no windows and not as described online. We were moved to a better room for our last day. It is a good location and value for money, staff very helpful but should not be rated as a 10/10.

I got a free upgrade from a superior to a deluxe room which was very nice! Check in was pretty fast. The hotel is located in a small but busy alley in the middle of the old quarter which is easy to walk around. The washroom is a bit small but everything is clean.

Unsure how this hotel was rated so high. We got a suit and the room was so small. The bathroom was so small and struggles to fit one person in there. Room wasnt very clean. Having to walk to another hotel for breakfast wasnt ideal especially when it pouring with rain to find out that the offerings were slim. We should have paid a bit extra and stayed were we did last time we were here.
