Nice motel

This was a nice motel. Sheets were clean, there was a microwave and a fridge, bathrooms were clean. Flat screen and cable. I stayed by myself and felt fairly safe. The parking lot was well lit.

Horrible flooring, carpet worn out, AC window unit not secured could see outside around the edges, towels were dirty, NO Office to check in with, personnel lives in room 3, no outlet to plug into, I decided it was so substandard I did NOT STAY & I want my money back. The photos online are NOT of this facility. False advertising & I am reporting this to the State of OK AG

Booked 4 rooms through expedia. But, the person at the desk had no idea how to see or check our reservation. Got the rooms. Two rooms had new sheets. One room had sheets so filthy and stained. All rooms very old and dirty. Drive 30 miles in any direction to get a room.

Clean and well maintained retro property

This was a well-kept older property that still had some of its retro characteristics. My room was super clean. The associate on duty was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom was clean and functional, and my only minor complaint was that the towels were somewhat old and threadbare. Despite that, my visit was great overall. I would look forward to returning.

Filthy musty room with bugs everywhere. Couldn’t stay there had to find another motel it was so bad. Manager said I could get a refund and I would get the money back in a few days. When I did not get my money back, I contacted Expedia about it and the owner lied to Expedia and told them he never told me I could get a refund and I left and refused to look at another room he offered me. (I looked at 2. they were both nasty) They both told me no refund.

This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever seen. It is run down and the room was dirty. The pictures shown on Hotels.com are misleading and deceptive. We checked in around 8 pm; the office was closed; a note said the telephone didn’t work and told us to knock on room 2. When the clerk took us to the office, it was smelly and dirty and there were paper notices taped to the desk.He told us we got the last room. There was only one other car in the lot. Our room smelled of tobacco smoke. The carpeting was dirty. The bed had no headboard and there was single loose, dirty bedcover; no blanket. The “fitted sheet” didn’t fit the mattress. The “nightstand” had a corner smashed, and there were sticky stains on the surface. The walls were damaged and dirty. and an electrical outlet is covered with black tape. The fridge was plugged into a power strip that also powered the TV, the cable box, the microwave, and a lamp. The bathroom had only one washcloth, one hand towel, and one small bath towel. A plug was stuck to the wall above the sink, right below the bare fluorescent light tube. I wet the washcloth and wiped the nightstand. The washcloth came away black one pillow cover had a large stain and a long, dark hair. We spent the night at another hotel. Suggest hotels.com visit the hotel. I would like our money back

This motel has potential to be really nice but unfortunately our room was not very clean upon our arrival. The bathroom was not clean at all, and the room was dusty like it hadn't been used. There was no coffee in the room and very few food options in town. On the upside, it was inexpensive and it suited our basic needs. It felt safe.

This motel is dated but that is the charm. Room was clean, bed/linens very comfortable. They did not enter your room unless you needed fresh linens and towels. Stayed here for almost two weeks and had no problems. Enjoyed the "watch" cat!

Duffer is my go-to choice when in the Mangum area. At $47 it's great. It's dated but that's part of the charm. Beds are newer and comfortable. A/C is as cold as you like. Staff is fantastic!! Duffer's for life!!
