This spacious two-storey apartment is the perfect place for two families to holiday together, sleeping up to 13 in four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The Nordic-style decor is both comfortable and practical, and the open plan living area, with a dining table, wood burner and a well-equipped kitchen, is a cosy refuge when the snow is falling. It opens on to a balcony with a dining table for al fresco meals, as well as the hot tub, where you can relax and watch all the action on the pistes.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Please be aware that this property is part of a semi-detached chalet. While it is neither occupied year-round nor rented out, we cannot ensure complete soundproofing.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Un chalet très agréable à vivre en famille, où l'on peut prendre ses repas à différents endroits au gré de l'ensoleillement plus ou moins intense l'été. Un équipement vraiment très complet coté cuisine comme coté chambres et salles de bain. Et le plus inoubliable, la vue magnifique sur la station et la montagne, sans aucun vis-à-vis ( 1er immeuble à 150 m)

Superbe chalet avec une vue magnifique

Une grande cuisine super équipée et surtout un jacuzzi pour vous détendre après une grosse journée en montagne. Si vous voulez partir entre amis ou en famille, vous vous y sentirez vraiment bien. Il y a de l'espace et l'environnement est très calme et reposant. Vous aurez à votre disposition 3 belles et grandes chambres et une quatrième plus petite (plutôt pour les enfants). A 15 petites minutes de La Clusaz, vous aurez de quoi vous occuper ! Randos, visites, balades, activités sportives, bars, restaurants... Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer du bon temps! Il y a également une piscine à la station de Merdassier, accessible à tous. Pour conclure, nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis et nous vous recommandons ce chalet. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, répondent à toutes vos questions et se tiennent à votre disposition en cas de besoin.

Allez-y pour vous ressourcer !

Nous avons passé 5 jours au chalet Capieu avec un groupe d'amis en automne. Ce fut un séjour unique et merveilleux. Le chalet est idéalement placé en plein cœur des montagnes, et proche d'Annecy que nous avons visité. La vue du chalet est incroyable, les pistes sont vraiment sous nos yeux. Nous avons également profité des randonnées accessibles à partir du chalet. Sans parler du jacuzzi qui est idéal après ces belles randonnées pour se détendre ! La décoration est très typique, le chalet est parfaitement équipé pour un grand groupe et pour pouvoir se cuisiner plein de bons petits plats. Notre hôte s'est montré très réactif et disponible ! Nous recommandons fortement ce chalet qui nous a permis de passer un moment ressourçant entre amis !
