I’m very sorry but I stayed here only 1 night of the 5 nights reserved. This place smells horrible. It smells of old moth balls. Staff was nice but I couldn’t stay here.

The staff are very helpful and accomodating. That was the best part of the hotel. The in room facilities are old but eventually worked and ok. (had to change rooms to get access to wifi which initially didn't work - but the staff worked to provide portable wifi access until it was corrected. I also didnt have access to much warm water to shower, which wasnt too much of an issue as it was hot. The Pool was good and the loacation was very close to shops, restaurant and laundrymat which was very useful.

The staff here is second to none!! They are awesome!! I also was introduced to the GM she was walking by and one of the staff introduced me to her. She was very interested in what I thought of the hotel and staff.

今回二度目の利用だが相変わらずドライバーがホテルの入り口を見つけられず周りをグルグル走行した挙句やっと到着した。 手書きのホテル入り口のメモかグーグル地図見せた方がいいかも、またグラブタクシーも待機場所が分からずキャンセルになったりとにかくわかりにくい場所にはホテルのエントランスがある！ またシャワー温度が低い時間が多く雨の日が多かったので辛かった！ 部屋は冷房もセキュリティも完璧ですがチェックアウトの時に飲んでもいないドリンクを請求されたので抗議する羽目になる！ まっ了解してくれたのでよかったですがこれから宿泊を考えている方はまず正しいホテルのエントランスを伝えることが重要です！

Place is clean and have all the basic things you need. Checking in and out was prompt. Service staff is good. I would say it is excellent value for money - limited amenities but it is one of the less expensive places you can find in the best location. Location is the best aspect as it is just across a major shopping mall where you can find a grocery, bank, drugstore and lots of food outlets. Very accessible
