Front desk staff are mostly busy but remain friendly and very professional; always replied to questions with a smile. Room is clean but toilet seat needs to be fixed/replaced. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next stay.

Overall stay is excellent and it made it more special because of Reijen and Cats exceptional customer service. Having both of them to run the place is surely feels like you are home away from home. Thank you so much.

This is okay for a business trip! Front of the hotel is a public small park so everyone is pretty much hanging out until late hours. But overall I think it’s safe. Would I stay there again, yes but just for a one or three nights. It’s worth it’s value!

My family enjoyed their stay here in this hotel. It was very near the US embassy, the staff was very nice and helpful as well. I recommend this hotel especially if you want an affordable decent hotel and if your purpose of visiting is going to the US embassy.
