The staff was excellent, and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Philippines. The location was a prime spot for being in between the makati and malate area, as well as being near the airport. I would visit again.

Staff are super nice. They greet us every time. Great service. The place is a bit outdated but i personally feel better at this place because of the space provided. I recommend this place and would consider coming back here in the future.

Property is what you get for the price. I stayed in one of their two bedroom suite which is quite nice. The staff are nice, but the hotel lacks enough amenities. Also, the structure itself is quite old. Need to renovate to entice more customers.

Rented a two bedroom and it was just wonderful for our family need. Place is safe and the staff have been nice to my family especially my elderly mother who enjoyed staying with us on this visit. What I personally liked: 1. prrovision for a wired internet connection and a seperate simple router to connect to when the signal to the common wifi gets weak. 2. Near to simple provision shops and starbucks. 3. Staff is available when we have need for assistance. 4. Value for money as it is difficult to look for a fully furnished 2 bedroom place with 24 hour staff. 5. A very affordable Grab ride away to malls around Makati.

The front desk team, particularly Ms. Beth, Glen, Edgar went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and offered invaluable local recommendations, making us feel truly cared for and not just another reservation number. The housekeeping staff, led by the ever-smiling Eric, maintained impeccable cleanliness while always having a friendly word, further contributing to the familial atmosphere. This personalized attention and the sense of belonging fostered by the entire team transformed what could have been a simple stay into a memorable experience, proving that outstanding service can elevate even the most seasoned establishments. Shout out to Dennis, Aying, Arnel, Ruel and to everyone who made our stay pleasant and unforgettable.

The staff there were nice and friendly. But that is where the positives end. For the rate we paid, I expected a little nicer accommodations. The A/C just had one temperature, 16°C in the bedrooms, so it was pretty cold at night.No AC in the living room so it was a little warm there. The room was in a bad state of disrepair. One bathroom sink faucet leaked the whole time making the counter flooded with water if you used it and the toilet wouldn't drain, even after they say they fixed it. The beds were hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. I feel I need a trip to the chiropractor after staying in this hotel. Not to mention the squatters in the form of a pair of big cockroaches.

If you like Old Manila charm, this place has it. With the vintage plantation shutters, wood furniture and fixtures, old TV set, yummy continental breakfast, walking distance to modern Makati, you got yourself a place in time. You go out to the time of AI and technology and you go to sleep to the 1970s vibe. We love it. This is the ambiance we missed in this new age.

Stayed 6nights, locationnis very accessible, employees are great.But the room where I stayed need improvement. They should putbstsnding shower instead of bathub that higher than my knees its notnsafe for both children and adults. Kitchens missing utensil, missing hand towel and facetowels ,no extra toilet paper whic i indeed up asking them. It's very old carpet, TV need to upgrade Overall the place need to upgrade .
