Our check in was great, security was informed of our late arrival. The room has all the basic amenities, clean and spacious with an excellent view of the Manila bay. We appreciate the big gallon of clean potable water ready to be consumed.

1階のセキュリティーで受付してからセキュリティーと一緒に1703室に行きました。室内にオーナーがいて全て英語で説明を受けました。ルームキーは、暗証式の番号キーです。Wi-Fiは口頭で入力しました。デポジット3,000ペソ（チェックアウトの時返金）を手渡し、受取も無く、説明書も無く、普段は紙物が当然有るのが無いと不安になりました。良かった点は、Wi-FiがGoodです。PCで仕事のメール確認やLINEでのTVコンタクトもGoodです。無料のミネラルウオーター18Lが有るのでGoodです。買い物は近くに雑貨屋とセブンイレブンが有ります。NGはコンセントが少ない、シャワーの水量が弱い・バスタブにお湯を入れようとしたら蛇口からお湯が出ない・蛇口の代わりにシャワーで入れるとなかなかお湯がたまらないので断念しました。遮光カーテンでは無いので朝明かりが気になる。壁が薄いので隣の部屋の音（掃除機の音やテーブルを動かしたときの音）がきになりました。 この部屋の利用は、多少は英語ができないとNGです。 前もってのパスポートのコピーが必要です。セキュリティーでのチェック用です。

The location is not comforable as much as we thought. The kids who stay nearby hotel stare at you for still your money. So please be careful. There doesnt have many rastrurants. However the host is very kind and he want make you know Philippines as much as local people.

The room was very comfortable and cozy. I felt we got the room for a steal as everything was included. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the best places to go to. We will definitely be returning again, and I would recommend this room to anyone!

I’m am so happy that I choose this apartment to stay at iv been to this part of Manila many times and this is definitely a well recommended place to stay. The apartment has everything you need and close to all the main attractions in Manila. The apartment has a beautiful view of Manila and the manager pascal was very friendly and welcoming.

We had this bad experience with the owner of this room. The owner is arrogant and self entitled. We booked the room for a week. The stay is fine and good until the check out day itself. I called the owner of the room to tell him that we lost one of the towels. He said that he will charge us with 800pesos for it which is fine since its our fault that we lost it. We gave him a deposit for 4000 pesos. He could just deduct it from the deposit itself. Then we we were about to check out he said that he will deduct us for another 600 pesos for cleaning fees and another 800 pesos for another towel that we lost. He said that he gave us 6 towels in total and he only counted 4. And keep on insisting that it will be charged again and deducted from our deposit. And when i called him out for it he said i should “trust” him cause he is telling the truth and when i got a little irritated he said that he feels like i dont trust him and i was doubting him. Of course! Thats a lot of money. Careful with dealing with this person. He will find ways to get more money out of you. Zero stars. チェックインもロビーで出来ず鍵を 所有者が持ってくるのを待っていなければ いけない状態、電話をしても番号が間違っていて かからない。最初からとても不安な滞在。 所有者は英語かフレンチを喋るたまに会話が不安。 チェックアウトの際あれこれ勝手な事を 言われデポジットから沢山引かれました。 誰か泊まったかとか泊まったなら追加料金だ とかお金をとりたい気持ちばかり。 ロビーのスタッフガードマンはすごく感じが 良いですが所有者は最悪です。
