***Overview***
High end building with wonderful views of Makati and Manila skylines. Located near Makati's Central Business District, our place is just a few kilometers away from shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, laundry shop, and medical centers. It is also conveniently located near SLEX, Skyway and the airport, with transportation access for easy travel

***House rules***
- check-in starts at 3PM, checkout until 11AM
- All guests must be registered and authorized before checking in.
- Keys will be handed over personally by our co-host upon checking in.
- Kindly turn off/close appliances (e.g., aircon, tv, lights) when leaving.
- Refrain from eating, bringing or keeping food in the bedroom.
- Strictly NO smoking.
- Strictly NO pets.
- Quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM
- Refrain from pouring any oil into the kitchen sink.
- Contact our co-host for check-out.

More Info:
Pool use is Php 200/guest per day, payable directly at the accounting office, with a maximum of 5 guests per unit. Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and cleaning. Children 12 yrs.old and below are free of charge.

For check-out, please contact our co-host before leaving as you will need to give back the key. Kindly turn off lights and other electricity before leaving the unit. Thank you.

Paid parking is available in the premises, at the basement level of the towers. For the parking fee, Php 50 for the first 3 hours, 20 per succeeding hours. Overnight charges will be Php 300 + parking fees. During Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, the flat rate will be Php 50.

We cannot check-in you earlier until the regular check in time as we also have to respect the time the cleaners need to have to clean up the room properly from the last guest. You may wait at the Tim Horton’s coffee shop just beside the tower. Thank you for understanding.

Great location right next to MRT, groceries Tim’s, and lots of fast food choices within 5 min walk…with easy access anywhere. Pool is fun with a nice two lane lap lane..nice pool. Unit was clean and nice to have extra pull out bed for one of the kids. Beds were comfortable. Could use better cooking pans pots etc. so minimal cooking at best is possible. As add says ‘light’ cooking. AC works okay to keep unit cool. Two bathrooms with on demand hot water is nice. Internet works well for all streaming. All in all enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
