Omg! We were so impressed, especially for the price! When my husband and I arrived, we had just traveled in from Boracay where we wore shorts all day so we felt totally under dressed, thats how nice the property is! From the moment we arrived a member of guest services made sure our bags were loaded up and brought up to the room. The front desk was great and the food and drinks were great. We will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay @ Grand Westside hotel! Staff were friendly and courteous. They let us checked in early and also upgraded our room! Clean and comfortable room, nice amenities ( gym, pool and spa) and great breakfast buffet. Everything was great!

My stay was very brief and I was unwell for most of it but the room serviced meals/ drinks were very nice. The rooms are kept in a very immaculate order. Staff are promptly addressing concerns and may be a bit slower at certain times when it's crowded but are always in a pleasant mood. Only concern would be the room soundproofing may need an upgrade. Other than that it was a good stay.

The Grand Westside is truly an incredible hotel where the staff makes you feel at home and peace. The property is breathtaking, the amenities are amazing the difference restaurants as well. I couldn't ask for anything more . It was a great few days of relaxation

Stayed for 6 nights, staff are awesome and accommodating. Huge shoutout to security and Butch and Jude from concierge. Mgt sent us a letter regarding a flat tire, Butch and Jude were there to assist and they did great! Hardworking and very helpful!

The room was super new and well appointed, but small. Bathroom was excellent. We took a grab taxi to MOA for dinner 10 minutes. The breads in the cafe were all fresh and good. It did not have a convenient store near by. And the restaurant wasn’t our style but looked nice.
