I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone.

First of all its price and what you get it's munchies. Its not 5 star hotel but if you need clean bathroom and bed it's for you. Good for catching taxi very close to markets restorant staffs. Close to aeroport First of all .

Felt safe at all times in property and walking around. Plenty of street vendors up and down streets outside, McDonalds, laundry, grocery store all close. Wifi was good room comfortable ( bed could use new box spring and foam) but all in all would stay again. Nothing fancy but nice safe place to stay.

Not bad for the price. Everything pretty much worked, nice selection of cooking utensils, even a propane stove top which I didn't expect. No elevator but it said that in the ad. Safe enough. Clean enough. Good for a budget traveler.

Be prepared to be out in the middle of nowhere I will take you at least an hour and a half to get to the LRT to get you into the city. There’s so many roaches you will be afraid you will take them with for rest of your life. Looks good on the website, but it does not look that good in the apartment.

The toilet wouldn't flush. The bathroom sink wouldn't stop running. The handle was broken on the tap they had already booked our room to somebody else and we got another one that wasn't a very nice room. It was right up against the highway and very noisy all night long with motorcycles. Roaring by our window kept us awake most of the night

Horrible communication. None at all, had no idea where to go and where to checking and all. Had to ask random people on the street where things were. And even after we found the super cluttered tiny check in place, took ages to get key and see the room. Really bad experience.

The place is not maintained. Lack of staff support. I would not recommend it. Upon my arrival, there was no microwave, toaster, free toiletries, slippers. they state as present under amentias. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Lizards and coakroacks in the unit. They never addressed it. The shower door was broken. It was extremely difficult to open. Took them 4 days to repair after repeatedly remined them. The AC stopped cooling. Their solution was to provide a fan. They never fixed it. See Pictures
