We stayed for 1 night only but had a great experience. The king bed is huge, and the room was clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating since I had requested to have our luggage stored the next day after check out. Location is also great. You can walk to the Venice Canal Mall, and it’s also a 10-15 min ride to BGC. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in process is a bit vague without explanation that someone needs to give you the key and meet you. While I have specified what time is my supposed to be flight arrival, they haven't mentioned when to meet. We needed to wait longer after a long flight. Check out process was much better.
