The building has great staff and amenities but the exceptional professionalism, communication skills and friendliness of the unit manager Mel made our stay a fantastic experience. The room was nice enough but a bit shabby and not overly clean. The communication from the management team was excellent and Mel was very accommodating. We didn’t really research the area and wish we had as it wasn’t the best, when you can rent rooms by the hour around the corner that gives you a pretty good indication!
