We usually stay at the New World Hotels and the one in Manila was good, but definitely not the same standard as the other New World hotels. They need to improve the breakfast options, cleaning and customer service of the front counter staff . Great service from the security, wait staff and the bar service at the pool!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the New World Makati Hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave! The location is fantastic — right across the street from Greenbelt Mall, so restaurants, shopping, and everything else are just steps away. The buffet breakfast was absolutely the highlight of my stay. Raymond and his wonderful staff took such good care of me every morning and made me feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, very nice, and well maintained. Overall, it was a terrific experience, and I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Manila!

As a regular customer averaging 50 nights a year for the last 4 years, the property needs BIG TIME RENOVATION. Bath fixtures, carpets and entire property have reached BEM (beyond economical maintenance). Lounge, food and service personnel continue to provide excellent service. HOWEVER, after continuous years of patronage, the property has not recognized (and rewarded) customer loyalty in any way. Other properties (Marriott, Shangrila, Hilton) treat me like either loyalty rewards constantly. This will be my last stay in this property.
