Perfect for the airport.

We stayed here the night before a 9am flight. Able to easily walk to the terminal via the close by covered bridge. Several food options also available within walking distance.

The property is clean, comfortable and has all you need in a self contained unit however it needs some maintenance,taps in bathroom need fixing, water is only just warm, tv system fours not work properly and the traffic noise is constant.

Easy to get from Terminal 3 only a few minutes walk to resorts world. WiFi worked great lovely staff water in rooms. One small thing you should state which building guests will be staying in so that the security guard knows who to contact at the gate.

터미널3과 정말 가까운 거리에 위치에 있네요 숙박시설 전반적으로 청결상태가 양호하고 소품들도 깔끔하네요 예약할때는 24시간 데스크가 아니라고 해서 걱정했는데 사전 메일통해 걱정덜었네요 근처에 한국 식료품가게, 편의점, 맥도날드, 스타벅스 등 다양한 편의시설이 있어서 이용하기 좋았네요 화장실이 좁다는 이야기가 있었는데 좁긴 좋았고 수압이 약했어요

Bien cómodo

El cuarto es bastante grande. Tiene un mini kitchenette. Revisar bien en los correos que Cluster les toca. No leímos bien y por equivocación fuimos al D (nos tocaba el A). Tuvimos que esperar una hora, ya que los chicos de la recepción no sabían cómo ayudarnos y decían que no teníamos reserva. Nunca contestaron las llamadas.

空港至近で便利

マニラ空港の第３ターミナルまで徒歩で行かれて便利です。 暮らすような滞在ができるコンドミニアムの一室なので、お手頃価格で１週間くらいまでの滞在が良さそうです。 リゾーツワールドマニラのカジノに徒歩で通えます。 概ね良好な滞在でしたが、バルコニー側に付いているクローゼットは、壁が剥がれて落下しそうなので使わない方が良いです。 残念ながら金庫もそこにあります。 あと、洗面台の排水が悪く、すぐ水がたまってしまいます。 ガードマンの皆さんはとても感じが良い方ばかりなので、その点は良かったです。

Clean and comfortable. It was very hard to find. No mention of Cluster B anywhere in the booking information. It's a studio but no cooktop or cookware to cook even a basic meal. This was VERY DISAPPOINTING. It's the MAIN reason I book a condo....so I can have the convenience of cooking basic meals. Very limited TV channels. Very few for westerners. NO mention anywhere that Netflix was there. I found it on day 3 of 4.

Perfect layover accomodation

If like me you are only stopping in Manila to rest after a long hall flight to get a quick exit from the Chaos of Manila. This hotel is unbeatable. across the road from the airport, clean spacious, excellent WiFi. excellent security and host. Perfect for the night to get to other parts of the Phillipines.

Good place to stay near terminal 3

The place was cute, clean, and comfortable. Was a little weirded out by the security guy who was at the reception desk when we checked in — seemed lost and wasn’t sure about the check in process — but once the caretaker arrived we were promptly escorted to our room. The condo had a lot of cute decor and the wifi was pretty fast. Just wished the water pressure in the shower was a little stronger.

Hade lite bekymmer vid incheckning och fick betala extra för tidig incheckning trots att vi i vår bokning önskade detta och fick svar från hotellet att det var möjligt om det fanns ett rum. Då var det inte tal om att betala extra. Läget är nära flygplatsens terminal 3, har du inget med den att göra rekommenderar jag ett annat hotell.

過境機場的好選擇~~

基本上這家民宿離第三航廈很近~~ 附近也有屈臣氏和超商~~ 環境也還好~~ 就是一般大廈裡獨立套房的概念~~ 豪華說不上~~ 浴室小了點~~ 但對於轉機的需求~~ 這裡倒是不錯的選擇~~

The property is very convenient to all. Problem is when booking, it doesn't tell you which building and the guards tried to help just be patient. For 4 days, mj o one came to clean the room and replace our towels. Not allowed to cook, but other rooms are allowed.

TERRIBLE HOTEL

飛行機がディレイしてAM2時に到着。レジデンシャルタイプでまともな受付がなく、ガードマンがよく分かっておらず、約一時間待たされる。ようやく女性が現れチェックイン。ガードマンは親切な物腰だったが、翌日も早いためもう少しまともな対応をお願いしたかった。 空港からの距離はとてもよい。清潔具合もそこそこ。

Ok for one night

It is really close to the terminal 3, 10-15 min walking distance and through an air conditionned pathway most of the way. It is good for one night but there is nothing to do around.
