Scam. I arrived at 3 am and tried to contact them, but nobody responded. After a long flight, I was exhausted. The next days, I tried to reach out again, and Orbitz also tried, but nothing worked. Thank God Orbitz took care of me and reimbursed my expenses from another place.

When I showed up to check in I was told that I would be refunded the money I used on my card and had to pay for the stay in cash. Check in is noon time I’m still sitting here out side waiting to check in and it’s 2:30 pm never coming back or referring them to anyone. Update got into the room at 3 the one piece of furniture on patio is broken to the point it’s unusable floors in room just got taped over instead of being replaced this place isn’t a resort is a trap the pictures that they use are nothing like the rooms they have

Host refused to answer my calls or check in, would not respond back to any of my messages or calls I was left stranded outside of the residence at midnight for two hours until I had to pay for a separate hotel early that morning. I HIGHLY recommend choosing another vacancy, they claim to speak English on the app but acted like they didn’t speak Tagalog or English when I finally made contact with them on the phone. EXTREMELY disappointed and upset
