マラテエリアでは群を抜いて良いです。 スタッフの対応も感じが良く、イラつくことはほぼ無いです。 初マニラの同行者や、マニラに慣れていない方と一緒の時には度々利用しています。(一人の時や旅慣れた方と一緒の時は安もんのホテルです) エリア的に別として、家族連れ、カップル、友人同士の旅行では安心出来ると思います。 【室内】 全体的にとても衛生的です。 好みはありますが、ベッドの硬さもちょうど良く、枕も1ベッドで4つあり、掛け布団もしっかり厚みがあるので快適に寝れます。 空調も快適でエアコンの匂いも気になりません。 サービスドリンクのミネラルウォーターは、シェラトンのロゴ入り瓶で美味しく感じられます。 ミニバーは充実してます。私はビール、ジュースを飲んだ際は、目の前のセブンイレブンで補充して無駄な支払いを削減してます。 Wi-Fi環境は良く、パスワード無しで簡単に接続できます。 ガウンもあり。フィリピンはガウン無しのホテルが多いが、高級ホテルでは常備が当たり前。 【シャワールーム】 しっかりお湯が出ます。 シャワーだけではなく、バスタブも付いているのでとてもありがたいです。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、乳液が常備。 バスタオルはふかふかで厚みがあります。 【設備】 フィットネスジム、スイミングプール、日焼けエリア、レストランと一通りの設備は整っています。 レストランは普通に美味しい、アメリカン＆イタリアンなメニューです。 【その他】 2025年にホテルの前で日本人男性2人が●撃に合い、天国へ召された事件があったため、気になる人は怖いかもしれませんが、普通にしていればまったく問題ありません。 歓楽街のど真ん中にあるので、夜は客引きとホームレスが所狭しと集まるため、小さなお子さんがいる家庭のお父様たちは気まずい雰囲気になります。ホテルは良いですが家族連れにはおすすめしません。 カジノが併設されてるので好きな方には良いと思います。いわゆる、飲む、打つ、買うの3拍子が揃っているエリアなので、成人男性にとってはホテルの条件的には良いでしょう。 ただ、一つ気をつけていただきたいのは、四つ星ホテルとはいえ、東南アジアの雑多なエリア内のホテルですから過度な期待は禁物です。あくまでもマニラのマラテエリアの中では高評価ですが、都内の一等地や富裕層エリアのホテルと比べたら物足りないと思います。

パンパシフィック時代のセキュリティスタッフは、素晴らしい対応。シェラトンに変わってからのホテルスタッフは笑顔なし、融通きかず、デポジットの紙ももらってないと説明したが、紙が無いからと返してもらえなかった。日本円にして約2万位。スタッフが全部新しくまだ、顧客に対して対応が追いついてない。朝食も6時からと説明を受けてたが、チェックアウト当日6:30まで、スペシャルゲストしか入れないと入れてもらえず。7:00にタクシーを呼んでたので、食事時間5分。 部屋は昔と変わらず。レストランやロビーだけはシェラトンブランドらしくお洒落になってたが、ホテルスタッフの対応が過去最低だったのが残念。
