From pre check in to arriving, the host, Rein, was very helpful. Rein was very good at communicating and if I needed anything fixing, or suggestions for visiting, nothing was too much trouble. I'd definitely recommend the Air Recidences to anyone visiting Makati. The property was within easy reach, by Grab, to most places

We had to transfer to another room after we had settled because the keypad wouldn't work. Both rooms were spotless, which we like and the staff when called were very responsive. Her kindness and quick action made a difference on our reactions.
