Nice hotel close to schools

Generally a good hotel except that our floor at 7th smells cigarette. They should impose strict no smoking policy in their hotel as it affects plenty of their guests.

over-all rating was just ok. GOod Points: 1.The check-in and check-out was fast, 2. friendly staff. 3. They allowed us to extend (subject to availability of course) until 2pm. 4. Family room was quite big 5. Good amenities ( but cold improve more) 6. Clean room Bad Point/Needs improvement 1. Windows are not sound proof. It was like there were no windows or all windows were wide open-even if they were not. You can hear all the vehicles passing by. It was very difficult to get any sleep. You can hear the wheeler trucks passing by, honking horns. It was really bad.!!!!! 2. Water heater was not working. 3. wi-fi not very good, always disconnecting 4. TV Cable stopped working around 10pm until we checked out the following day. 5, only 2 sets of towels were provided including other toiletries. We asked for 2 more, but had to call twice as it was taking too long to arrive 6 Though breakfast was quite good, refilling was slow, considering that it was still early. We were there at 6am. Some utensils were not washed well.. 7. Not enough parking space. .

The property is clean. Staffs are friendly & service is good. Problems & issues were addressed right away. The area is safe and there’s a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, laundry, banks. A mall is 5 mins away with a tricycle ride, for 2 person is 40-50pesos. Always prepare a smaller bills of pesos.

Nice hotel, across ADMU

Since our room was a one bedroom accommodation, it was spacious, clean and money's worth. Breakfast was plated and served at our room every morning.

Convenient

For the purpose of my trip, I found Oracle hotel very convenient since I was assisting my daughter on her first few weeks with Ateneo. Getting to and from the school was very convenient plus the rooms we stayed in was comfortable, a 2 bedroom suite.

Will not stay at Oracle again

Manila was hot and humid and thus air conditioned room is a must. I checked into a room which the air-conditioning was not working and the room had a cockroach. I changed to another room which had a working air condition, but the unit was very old & noisy and a couple of days later, I found a cockroach crawling in the room.

A good place to stay in this area.

A fairly good hotel in this area, especially visiting Ateneo de Manila Univ. This Suite room is good as it has two different rooms and a living room with a simple kitchen facility so good to have meeting with colleagues. Main problem in this area and this room is noise. This room is facing to main road but the windows is not tightly closed (it need to be improved), too much noise to sleep at night. Suite room's bathroom has only shower booth, no bathtub. I can get help whenever I need from hotel staff, they are all kind and willing to help. Breakfast is just good for beginning your day. 3-4 kinds of food, Bread with jams, and coffee.

So I learned upon arrival that most of the room don't have actual windows. I decided to upgrade to a room with windows, which was worth every penny. Wifi was good (unlike the other hotels I stayed in in Manila). Pretty clean. No complaint about the bathroom.

Good but could be better.

Stayed 1 night in the 2 bedroom suite with family. Basement parking was full when we arrived so we parked in a separate building within the same block. The parking space was not paved and was poorly lit but at least it had its own security guard. It was hard to avoid stepping into the deep muddy puddles since we got there right after a downpour. Check in was quick. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. My kid had an early activity in the University so the 5am breakfast buffet was a big thing. Tip: choose a room which is not facing the street. Street noise was very loud, mostly from old diesel trucks rattling through the bumpy road in front of the hotel throughout the entire night.

Good affordable hotel....

Very good. Very comfortable beds even the extra bed for our son.. The most comfortable roll away bed. Our second time stay... Staff are super great, hospitable!! The breakfast has room for improvement...mire variety e.g. Cereals, fruits, and choices for juice e.g. Kalamansi, mango juice. We will go back definitely when we are around the area of katipunan road.
