I have my brother stay at this property for his interview at the US Embassy. He liked that this is walkable and vibrant community with a lot of dining and shopping options. It is also accessible to transportation if you want to use the local transit.

You Get what you pay for

Quite ok for the price. Bit noisy until 3 am with the nightclub downstairs and the rowdy patrons shouting when they get kicked out. 7eleven is right next door and it is very close to bars and restaurants. You get what you pay for.

Big, clean room, nice staf and a bit noisy

The rooms make me wonder if this would otherwise have been an apartment, it is really big (20-30 square meters). We stayed two nights, and did like the room and price. The rooms could be better if the door and windows had better sound isolation (maybe some strips?).

初めてのマニラだったがフィリピナは皆親切にしてくれ、初日翌日のフロントの女性も気さくで親切にしてもらいお世話になりました！部屋は無駄に広く水量は少ないがホットシャワーが普通に使えました。基本的にルームメーキングは言わないとないので出かける際にフロントにいいましょう！あと部屋にセーフティボックスがないのが難点！一応フロントで預かってくれるがフロントの引き出しに手提げ金庫に収納するだけ。パスポート、クレカ、日本円預けても問題はなかった！でも現金はNGみたい。1階に7とカレンデリアがあり、近くにRobinson もあるので食事や買い物も困りません。ホテル前のマビニ通りからジプニーを使えばキアポ、デビソリアに行け一本先の通りから反対側のバクラランまで便利。しかも十数ペソと安価！エルミタ、マラテは治安が悪いので夜間の外出は気を付けましょう！男の自分には値段を考えればいいホテルでした。また、マニラに行く際は利用します！
