My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. I do wish I would have known that to eat at the roof top restaurant, required a reservation many days in advance. But other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel in Alabang is great and a bit away from the commuting traffic. Great rooftop restaurant on 31st floor overlooking Manila's south.

Beautiful instagramable lobby, room was spacious and clean with great views, bathroom was big and adequate amenities, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The nest was a great place to hang out at night (spectacular views of yhe bay) and also fothe breafast venue. Most of all, staff was corteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and will come ba k again. Area very convenient and close to yhe mall.

The staff and service are impeccable! They are extremely warm polite and accommodating. We didn't have any problem checking in nor checking out of the hotel. They have a lot of amenities that we were able to maximize and the best one was the playroom for my kid. Will definitely go back!

On the plus side: The hotel room was nice and the staff was very accomodating. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the Festival Mall. On the negative side: There was no wifi reception in the room on the 18th floor and the pool was very small and attached to the restaurant on the top floor. Also, the floor outside the bathroom door was extrememly slippery under wet feet and the fire alarm went off in the middle of our stay.

the ambiance is great, the restaurant (The Nest) view and ambiance is great, as well as the hotel lobby. Staff are very accommodating & helpful. The room is spacious but the bathroom towels are not enough ( no face towels) only 2towels & one face towel. The hot water is not working properly, the shower partition is not big enough (only half) resulting water from the shower are splashing all over. & need to requested more towels to wipes water coming out from the shower. Need to clean up space to protect ourselves from slip & fall after using.😩 Our accommodation from their competitors hotel nearby that we availed the last time is much much better on them. We travelled a lot & I am very particular in bathroom. Just very disappointed 😩

Food and drinks were very expensive: P630. per person for a small breakfast. P140. per local beer. Security was excessive, locked us into very limited areas of the hotel. Only one chair in the room (Suite). For some reason, there are mirrors EVERYWHERE. Why are there so many mirrors stuck on all the walls and elevators? The room was ok, average but it cost P4000. per night. Beware of fancy Cinderella lobbies in hotels, they're meaningless. The rooms matter. The lobby doesn't matter.

Staff were lovely, more than happy to help and serve in the best way that only they can. They epitomise Filipino hospitality and are a credit to themselves and the hotel. The upgrade to the Penthouse suite for my mother and father-in-law who also stayed with us was an amazing and thoughtful touch - completely unprompted - and is exceptional. I have never experienced this in all my time flying and staying in hotels, and my respect goes out to everyone who made that happen for them. I will certainly stay here again, as will my parents (who also stayed here! And I am currently still here until next week!) It is a sentiment shared by all. I cannot recommend this place any more highly. Indeed you should make a point to visit!
