On the main level, you will find a lounge area featuring a digital TV with a flat screen, along with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A separate living and dining room, equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, also opens onto the terrace and pool area. The open-plan kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. Capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are available as an extra. This kitchen area likewise provides access to the terrace and swimming pool.
