- Beautiful apartment located in a private complex consisting of 5 swimming pools and a paddle court 1 (mix of pumpkin tennis). Beautiful outdoor complex and tropical gardens. 24/7 secure access with a guard. The ideal place to spend a good holiday
This apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room (with sofa bed), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (double bed 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with washing machine. The terrace offers a view of the swimming pool and a lake. Sunbeds are available around all pools. Baby cot available.
The complex has 5 swimming pools and 1 paddle court. Secure 24/7 access with a guard. Underground parking.
Located approximately 2 km from the Marina de la Duquesa, the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
Pets are not permitted.
The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

Impossible de faire des choses à pied je ne sais pas conduire et le taxi sa reviens cher et jamais de soleil sur la terrasse si un jour je dois relouer un séjour je demanderai un autre endroit

Fantastic apartment in great location.
Loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it more. We had no hot water for 5 days however engineer and management didn’t stop till it was sorted. Would stay here again
