Beautiful apartment in a very quiet complex with 24/7 security. Recently furnished, spacious (135 m² including 35 m² terrace) and bright, ideally located in the heights of Manilva, 1.8 km from the beach, shops and restaurants and the charming port of La Duquesa. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a bright living-dining room with TV (French channels) and internet (wifi). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.



Attractive large terrace of 35 m² with sea view, sunny until 1 pm and shaded for warm summer evenings, including a comfortable lounge and dining area.



The residence has 5 swimming pools, a paddle court (rackets available) and magnificent outdoor facilities with exotic gardens.
