Modern communication style: I would not recommend if you’re the person who needs a physical person for checking but as someone who doesn’t mind this went above and beyond. Snacks were a great add on. "When I first saw the hotel I was a little scared of what I saw but decided to check in and give it a chance I'm glad I did. It is a little quirky, the office is only open from 3-10, but the woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, though older. There were some chips in the tub but I didn't find anything wrong with that.
