You're literally across the street from swimming at Lake Chelan thanks to Manson Bay Park, making it easy to bring snacks from home as you watch the kids splash around. Darrel & Dad's Family Guide is only a mile away, so it's quick and easy to arrange a fishing trip for trout and salmon. When you return to shore, treat yourself to a vintage from Lake Chelan Winery, or dinner at the Sunset Bar and Grill. Start your day with breakfast at the award-winning Blueberry Hills Farm, just 2 miles away.

Back at home, the wrap-around deck provides incredible views of the lake, especially if you're lucky enough to catch the Fourth of July fireworks. Enjoy the sights as you use the gas grill to get started on dinner, using the fully equipped kitchen inside to whip up some sides. Savor your meal in the fresh air, or grab a seat at the indoor table for six. The living room lets you relax with free WiFi and local programming on the flat screen TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

If you dont care about your privacy this is a good place

Location is great, nice views, the house is decent, some items are not functional for example - the shower-head. Owner of the property popped up in the middle of day unannounced which is not cool, never had this happen at any vacation so rental. What really ticked us off is when we were taking our stuff out around 9:30 AM, the hot tub cleaner came and asked if it’s cool for him to start early, which we respectfully declined and told him that we will be done packing soon and he can start then, he thrown a fit, started cursing, walked away and said we are no longer welcome here.

The home is well maintained, clean and attractive. It is well situated in Manson, within walking distance to many restaurants and tasting rooms. Although the patio is just above the street, road noise and othe activities were not a problem. We plan to stay there again next year.

House was good. View and hot tub were fantastic. You are on the end of a fairly busy road so no privacy while getting in/out or enjoying the hot tub, lots of cars buzzing by. The shower spigots in what should be the master bedroom didn’t work properly but the other bathroom shower was fine. Kind of a bummer that they put two beds in what should be the master but we were there with just two of us do not a big deal- we had the pick of the rooms and beds. Lots of great restaurants and hikes. Was a fantastic jumping off spot for a great vacation.

Disgusting, absolutely disgusting

The bedding was not laundered. We found blood and a yellow substance on the pillow case, complete with a bed full of hair! All 3 rooms had dirty, non laundered bedding. If I could post pictures here I would. I can not even disprove how gross it was. Managed by Vacasa. DO not recommend

The Lake House

This place was a great location for wine tasting & close to Chelan for boutiquing. If you like softer tissue for your nose & heinie, then bring them along. Great view. Road noise during the day & into evening if you are a light sleeper in the front bedroom, anyway. Nice place overall. Very helpful owner.

We loved the view and hot tub. Location is great as well. Would have liked a little more water pressure in the showers and some extra blankets, or been able to adjust thermostat. All in all it was good and would return.

Do not recommend!

View and hot tub were lovely. Placed calls regarding no propane and more important air conditioning did not work the last day and night. Very hot outside and no one slept. No one returned my calls which is just not acceptable!

Vacation

We we’re a group of 7 girl’s. There were enough beds to accommodate. One of the twin beds is squeaky, a little annoying. There is no ice maker as the description say’s. There is enough cook ware.very spacious house. The Hot Tub is a plus. All in all we had a very nice 2 day stay.

Great 3 bedroom house with lake view

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3 bedroom house across a small street from the lake. The large patio is perfect for staring out at the water and watching people walk their dogs. The owners stopped by and made sure we could ask questions and contact them if needed. The propane BBQ was out, and Roger was very responsive. It was delivered to the wrong house, but we appreciated his responsiveness, and he brought some when we called him back. We couldn't change the air conditioning temperature, it was set at 70 and my 95 year old Grandma was freezing. The owners couldn't change it and a Vacasa maintenance guy who brought some propane couldn't change it either. That was the only downside.It was fantastic to have AC, though, as August was hot! Cleanliness was pretty good, although the bathmats were matted down and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or washed in some time. There was a piece of red bell pepper? on the floor in my room and some trash behind the bedroom door. Cleaning an entire house in a few hours is tough. The sheets were clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen clean, so it was good overall. It was great to be walking distance to downtown Manson, and we enjoyed a brunch at the nearby Blueberry Hills farm. We would stay here again! Thanks to the owners for your interest in our group having a good stay, much appreciated.

Amazing location and property

Spent the week with family and absolutely loved the house and the location! It was an easy walk to everything and right across from the water and boat rentals. The only negative thing we experienced was the lack of response from Vacasa Property Management ... we had lamps that did not work, and they said they would let the owner know so we had to move lamps around the house that worked. Also, the propane tank ran out of gas, and Vacasa's response was that they would not replace it and said we needed to do it ourselves. I guess the ad needs to be updated to read "bring your own propane". Needless to say, we had to rethink our nightly meals onsite that did not include grilling :-(

Quaint House in Perfect location

This is our 3 year staying in this lakeview home. It is in a perfect location for enjoying a view of the lake and to the marina where we moored our boat. It was a better size for us when we had 6 adults. Our family has grown, so sadly we won't be staying here anymore as we need a larger home.

all about cutting corners and getting that money

The 1.5wks leading up to our stay, there were news of smoke nearby Chelan. 5 days before the start of our trip (Sun), the air quality index for Manson is still red and deemed "hazardous". For obvious reasons, I call to cancel or postpone our trip to a time the air quality is not dangerous. I get told by a Vacasa rep that I'll get a call back but I never receive the call back. I call back and I'm told by another rep this time that the managers were consulted and they said "no" for a rebook or cancellation. The only "option" they give is to go ahead and cancel the trip and see if anyone else will book. Only if someone else books that weekend, will we get our money back. Who in their right minds will book a vacation to a place that is smokey with hazardous air quality? After a few more phone calls back and forth, I'm told by a manager named Brittany that they really cannot do anything but the air quality for next few days looks "promising". They go off the predictions online which is by default green for days they have no data for. Makes no sense how any area can go from red and hazardous then green and healthy in just the span of 24hrs is highly questionable. Still, since they won't give me anything to go off of, I say I will monitor the next day or two. It is now Wed and we are to leave on Fri morning. The air quality is still poor and not green-healthy as predicted. Still, Vacasa managers are absolutely unhelpful and even suprisingly rude. One I was especially taken back by, was a comment comparing the smoke situation to Hurricane Ian in FL and stated that in contrast, it was "safe enough". Absolutely disgraceful. We ended up going to our booked cabin because it was fully paid for and company refused to refund us any amount. The place was outdated and dirty. Gnats and small insects littered the cheap plastic rollup blinds lining the perimeter of the living room. The entire living room was covered in windows, so that meant there were bugs rolled up on these blinds everywhere. The beds were creaky box mattresses with sunken holes. Paper thin walls, you could hear every little noise all the time. The place is also right on the big street so you hear all kinds of street noises. Hot tub is on the side of house right next to parking lot. It is not guarded or locked so anyone can walk off the parking lot and into the hot tub.. yikes. The property owner and property managers are just about $$$$. Horrible experience.

Great place and location

It was perfect for 2 families and small kids. Location across from swimming area and marina. The hot tub was a hit. Kitchen lacking some supplies such as baking sheets and pyrex but it was so nice to have a washer and dryer!

Kats Krew Vacation!

It was a very nice place to stay and had a beautiful view of the lake. I would recommend that the pillows had pillow cases on them and extra blankets in case you needed them. Also, the phone would ring every morning at 8:30! I’m not sure why but most people on vacation wouldn’t like to be woke early each morning they are there. Besides that, it was a very nice place to relax!
