"Some little things needs attention is the shower heads needs replacement due to uneven spray of water when showering and the unfortunate loss of hotwater on our last night but the after hours maintenance staff Grace was very helpful trying to fix the problem but it was beyond her ability as she put it. She assisted us and took us the general shower area where we were able to have showers that night. Overall 5 star service"

"FABULOUS LOCATION!!! The hotel is located right on the ocean with incredible views! It was one of the most peaceful, tranquil places I have had the opportunity to stay . The hotel is tucked away and very small making it so nice. The staff was very accommodating and lovely throughout our stay plus we enjoyed so much we extended our stay an extra night. We stayed in a suite with incredible views, huge outside deck to whale/dolphin watch with binoculars provided in our room and fabulous large...

"The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. "I arrived after the office closed so did not meet any staff but they sent me clear instructions for self check in. Only complaint was they only left a small amount of toilet paper in the bathroom and no additional rolls."
