"Stayed one night with friends touring Portugal. Stayed here about 15 years ago and it hasn’t changed a bit. Location is great, short walk to down centre. Plenty of parking and set in large open space. Staff are very friendly and efficient, with a quick and easy check in. I wouldn’t want to stay a week but for a night or two it’s completely acceptable. "Room is very big and the bed is comfortable. We discovered on arrival that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Some facilities in the rooms were not working (plugs and broken toilet seats). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay but having the restaurant open would have really helped. "
