"The room was very cool, nice to have a balcony area on a city break! Modern design and the bathroom was really cool. There was a ‘heat lamp’ in the ceiling which gave it spa vibes. Hotel was in a decent location about 10 minute walk to the metro. Wish we were closer to central downtown but that’s personal preference and didn’t affect the trip. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby the hotel so on nights we couldn’t be bothered to get the metro we didn’t feel like we missed out! Breakfast was nice and nice atmosphere. I would have preferred more heated breakfast options on the buffet as we had bacon, eggs three ways, and traditional Spanish dishes. I do like options in the morning but again personal preference. Staff very friendly. Bar at night was a cool vibe with good music and on Friday there was a live DJ. They had a roof terrace which will be amazing vibes in the summer months. I’d definitely go back here but do research on location!!"

"Always nice to stay at Ibis. Breakfast was ok, the eggs were cold. Surprised that there is no storage at all in the room. Hard to believe that as a new Ibis, they did not plan for that. Also, the lack of a secure wi-fi is a MAJOR mistake."

"The shuttle to/from airport terminal 4 is a A+. Very convenient and comfortable at any time of the day. Nice bed and linings. The breakfast is tasty and full of options even gluten intolerants."

"Servicio muy bueno, check in muy bien. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, es muy viejo. El baño le falta mantenimiento y más limpieza a profundidad, estaba un poco empolvado y manchas blancas... cuando quite la cobija de adorno que va en la cama salieron 2 mini bichitos. El segundo día no nos quitaron la taza sucia ni el vaso... el desayuno muy bien y excelente servicio aunque falta un poco de variedad en proteína. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de un Mercadona y la estación del metro. Las paredes son un poco delgadas y se escuchan los ruidos de los otros huéspedes cuando llegan a su cuarto. Las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Lo ideal sería tener smart TV o mínimo poder cambiar el audio de la televisión."
