El.hotel esta muy descuidado, las toallas de la alberca estan todas perjudidas y deshilachadas con agujeros, las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, los.aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido, esta muy oscuro en la.noche, y se tiene que caminar mucho, la comida es regular, no hay camastros ni mobiliario de alberca, son mesas y sillas de plastico, varias zonas del hotel como el kids club y la alberca de toboganes esta cerrada

El lugar sigue siendo hermoso por sus espacios y su alberca. el personal realmente es amable y siempre con la mejor actitud de servicio para ayudar a pesar de que es notorio la reducción de personal al minino. Lo que realmente hace falta es mejorar el mantenimiento mayor a las instalaciones, el puente para llegar al mar muy oxidado, muy poca disponibilidad dé camastros en la alberca y en la playa, además realmente ya esta muy falto de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, principalmente hace falta reconstruir las instalaciones de tuberías hidráulicas, hay muchas fugas en las llaves de los lavabos de las habitaciones, no tuvimos agua caliente ( no salia en absoluto agua caliente, solo por la tubería del agua fria) además de mejorar las unidades de aire acondicionado, si no invierten mas allá de la pintura, ese hermoso lugar puede convertirse en ruinas a mediano plazo.

Supero mis espectativas, fue una estancia muy padre, ahí todo el personal son muy atentos, amables, serviciales, llamó mucho mi atencion el trato que tienen los empleados entre ellos, son muy fraternales y eso lo trasmiten y hacen que uno se sienta como en familia, fue una experiencia muy bonita, gracias a todos por ese amor con que realizan su trabajo, saludos desde Chihuahua!!!!

I loved the buffet and how clean the hotel room always was! The air conditioning needs to be fixed because the condo I stayed in, only one room had a working AC; The events were limited on a weekday & I was referred back and forth between the events table and the lobby for information. The main pool was really hot day and night; the only pool that was fresh was the waterslide pool.

Totalmente en abandono, el hotel es muy viejo y sin mantenimiento de pintura, muebles, toallas, sábanas, todo está roto y descuidado, muuuy sucio, con telarañas y animales debajo de las camas, los closets llenos de moho, hormigas en las almohadas, el aire acondicionado no sirve, en las regaderas de los baños no sale agua caliente, el restaurante está deprimente, y aun cuando hay uno de especialidades, solo permiten una cena por estancia en el restaurante italiano pero lo peor fue que en la pasta salió una cucaracha, en verdad, es el peor hotel en el que he estado.

We got there and the hotel room they offered us had puddles in the floor dripping water from the ceiling. One of the puddles was over an inch deep. It wasn’t because the rain went through the door, no it was water, literally dripping from the ceiling. The plaster along with black mold was falling from the wall in the ceiling. The lights were flickering, and when the bellboy tried to tighten the lightbulb, it shocked him. An electrical short with puddles. We went along with them and on the third room, they offered us the toilet bowl had no toilet seat. The floor had puddles and the top bedroom light didn’t even turn on. Please do not expose your family to unsafe mold and electrical hazard.
